HOW TO ORDER
Once you make a decision please place your order to Lakwilaibrand@gmail.com, and please tell us the item code, color and size. Then we will prepare for the shipment.
We only accept the payment via PayPal account.
Shipping cost is excluded for international shipment.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping within Thailand
It’s Free shipping within Thailand. It’ll take 1-5 business days to arrive depends on your location.
We ship internationally.
The shipping cost will vary to your location and type of shipment (registered mail, express mail or air mail). It’ll take 7-15 business days to arrive.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures with can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am-5pm.
LAKWILAI is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please nominate a secure delivery address.
You will be emailed a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched. This will contain tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package.
If you refuse a shipment from LAKWILAI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to LAKWILAI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
On receipt of your item, try it on as soon as possible.
If you wish to return something you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days after making a decision by contacting Lakwilaibrand@gmail.com, and please state your queries in the subject bar and detail which items you wish to return.
Post the item back to us within 10 days after receives our confirmation mail.
Items must be returned in as new condition – any items that are soiled or damaged will be returned to sender or dry-cleaned at the customer’s expense.
After we receive the item back, we will make a refund to your account within 3-5 business days.
The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.
Exchanges will only be made for a different size of the same item you are returning. Please make it clear which size you wish to exchange your purchase within your email.
If you wish to exchange a sale item, return postage will be at the customer’s expense.
